Health is always an important topic for anyone. As they say, health is wealth, but most people at some point suffer from short or long term health issues that affect their quality of life. For some, it becomes the defining point from which all other decisions are made.
As a Jyotiṣi it is very important to be able to accurately assess and support someone in a health crisis, and/or to be able to foreshadow what is to come and possibly help them avoid a crisis.
This course will focus on health and disease in a horoscope, as seen through the lens of Jyotiṣa’s sister science Āyurveda. Therefore a basic working knowledge of Āyurveda is essential.

~General means of approaching health assessment in a chart and who is more resistant or susceptible to health issues.
~Prakṛti – determining someone’s constitution, or innate nature and predispositions in terms of Vāta/Pitta/Kapha as seen in the horoscope and then synthesizing that with what is seen upon client presentation. This is often a point of confusion and needs integration.
